How do I get my completion certificate?
Our system will send a certificate email automatically upon completion of the final course in your enrollment.
If you’ve completed every course in your enrollment and haven’t received your completion certificate, send us an email with your name, student PIN and course name and we’ll help you get it.
If you need separate certificates or have questions about the information presented on a completion certificate, contact your school.
You’ll find contact information for your school in the Help section of the course. Look near the top of the section, under “Need Content Support,” for their telephone number and email address.
